Spa facility access (thermal pool, steam room, relaxation lounge) is included with all treatments and day packages. Facility-only access is available for members.
We request 24 hours notice for individual treatments and 48 hours for packages and couples retreats. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged at 50% of the treatment value.
